ARCHIVED ARTICLE Safe transport is offered to and from the popular Tuareg disco just outside Águilas
The Town Hall of Águilas has begun its Saturday night summer bus service, providing safe transport for revellers between various points in and around the town including the popular Tuareg disco.
Known as the “Búho-Bus” (night owl bus), the service sets out from Calabardina every hour on the hour from midnight until 3.00, stopping at Los Collados, Tuareg, the Auditorio, the port, Camping Bella Vista and Calarreona.
Another route sets out from Calarreona every hour on the half hour between 00.30 and 3.30 with stops at the Hotel Puerto Juan Montiel, Restaurante Oriente, Centro de Salud Sur, the poret, the Auditorio, Tuareg, Los Collados and Calabardina.
In addition, there is a service taking people to the Tuareg from the port every half hour from midnight onwards, and return journeys back to the town centre from 4.00 onwards, to Calarreona at 6.30 and 7.30 (depending on demand) and to Calabardina at 6.00, 7.00 and 8.00 (again depending on demand).
