Christmas activities at Espacio Mediterráneo shopping centre, Cartagena

There are prizes to be won, toy-making workshop, a Christmas light switch-on ceremony and more taking place this festive season

The Christmas elf is out and about in Espacio Mediterráneo and has turned the Cartagena shopping centre into a factory of light, colour and fun!

This Christmas season, there are deals happening and activities for children and adults at Espacio Mediterráneo so shoppers can enjoy the festive season to the fullest.

On Friday November 29 at 6pm, the giant Christmas tree is being lit up with the musical accompaniment of ‘The Origin of Ice’, a tribute to Frozen. Perfect for children and Disney lovers, plus there is a hot chocolate tasting session going on all afternoon at the shopping centre!

Then, from Saturday November 30 until Sunday December 8, you can look out for the ‘Christmas Cookie’ to be able to win special prizes, and take part in fun workshops where you can make puppets, create your own toys or design a fly-catching frog.

The following week, from Friday December 13, Santa Claus and his team of elves will be visiting Espacio Mediterráneo to greet the children and hear their Christmas wishes.

From Boxing Day, Thursday December 26, it will be the turn of the Reyes Magos, the Three Wise Men, to bring a touch of magic to the Cartagena shopping centre.

Espacio Mediterráneo is open all year round except for December 25 and January 1 and 6.
