XIMO TEBAR & GLASTONS GALLIZA BRAZILIAN PROJECT
In his second appearance of the night the great jazz guitarist Ximo Tebar, who is well known to fans of Jazz San Javier, teams up with Brazilian guitarist and singer Gladston Galliza. The two of them joined forces in a previous edition of the Festival with Antonio Serrano, and on this occasion they are accompanied by an excellent band.
Ximo Tebar is one of the most important jazz musicians in Spain, and has appeared at San Javier in the past with Louie Bellson, Lonnie Smith, Dennis Rowland, Luis Salinas and Rosa Passos among others. He holds a very special place in the roll of honour of the San Javier Jazz Festival as his appearance in 1998 was the very first concert in the history of the event!
The 11th concert in the 2023 San Javier Jazz Festival begins at 21.30 in the open-air Auditorio Municipal in Parque Almansa with tickets priced at 20 euros. Season tickets are also available: for bookings and further information click here.
