Micasamo are delighted to be the principal sponsor of the upcoming Micasamo Nations Cup, an amateur tennis tournament that takes place over two days this weekend on Saturday September 16 and Sunday 17.

The Micasamo Nations Cup will be held at La Manga Racquets Club, starting from 10am on each of the two days, and will feature teams from Belgium and the British Isles. Around 40 players will be competing for their countries.

This is the first edition of the event and entry to watch the friendly competition matches is free.

The Micasamo Nations Cup is supported by Micasamo, the 5-star, top rated real estate agent based on La Manga Club Resort.

The event starts on Saturday September 16 at 10am with Ladies’ and Men’s doubles, followed by the Captain’s Lunch attended by both teams.

Sunday 17 starts off with mixed doubles and the trophy presentation will take place at around 12pm at the bar.

Event organiser Alain Hendrickx (pictured) said, “For me organising this kind of event is making La Manga Club a better place to live and enjoy life and sports with friends. We hope that we will welcome more countries in the future to make Micasamo Nations Cup a regular and fun event through the year.”

He also hinted that the next event, yet to be confirmed, could be with a Norwegian/Scandinavian team at the end of October.
