The restrictions established within the current phase one will remain in place until midnight on Sunday
The Spanish Minister for Health, Salvador Illa, has presented details of the provinces which will be permitted to move within the framework of the de-escalation plan this afternoon.All changes will take place on Monday 25th May and until that point, all provinces will remain at their existing level. This means that the restrictions which are currently in place will continue to apply until midnight on Sunday, so be aware, fines will still be issued to those who do not abide by the current rules.The areas listed below are those that are moving into a different phase, any areas that are not listed remain in their current phase.Provinces moving into Phase 1Castilla y León: Ávila, Segovia, Soria, Burgos, Palencia, León, Zamora, Salamanca and Valladolid.Cataluña: health areas of the city of Barcelona, Metropolitana Sud and Metropolitana Nord.MadridProvinces moving into Phase 2Andalucía: Almería, Córdoba, Cádiz, Huelva, Jaén and Sevilla.Aragón: Huesca, Zaragoza and Teruel.▪️Asturias▪️Balearic Islands: Ibiza, Menorca and Mallorca.▪️Canary Islands: Tenerife, Gran Canaria, Lanzarote, Fuerteventura and La Palma.▪️Cantabria▪️Castilla-La Mancha: Guadalajara and Cuenca.▪️Cataluña: health areas of Campo de Tarragona, Alto Pirineo y Arán and Las Tierras del Ebro.▪️Extremadura: Cáceres and Badajoz.▪️Galicia: Lugo, La Coruña, Orense and Pontevedra.▪️Region of Murcia▪️Navarra▪️País Vasco: Guipúzcoa,Vizcaya and Álava.▪️La Rioja▪️Ceuta.▪️MelillaThe three provinces of the Comunidad Valenciana including Alicante province, remain in Phase 1.FULL DETAILS OF EXACTLY WHAT THE MOVES ENTAIL WILL ONLY BE PUBLISHED ONCE THEY HAVE BEEN PUBLISHED IN THE BOE.It is not worth attempting to translate the text until the BOE is published as there have been so many changes to information between verbal conversation and written publication that it is safer to wait for the BOE on Saturday.
