The Tourist Information Office is open between Tuesday and Friday from 08:30 and 14:30 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 13:00. Closed on Sundays and Mondays.

Sierra Espuña: This vast forested mountainous area offers many opportunities to enjoy walking, picnics and the open air and lies just behind the town of Alhama. There is a central visitor's centre, the Centro de Visitantes Ricardo Codorniu, which offers maps, and general information about the flora and fauna, as well as several picnic and rest areas with restaurants. Within the park area are the rural districts of El Berro and Gebas, two attractive villages which offer multiple options for camping, overnight accommodation, restaurants and exploring the Sierra Espuña.
Sierra Espuña is also home to the Mariposa Hotel, which offers organised trips and activities for walking, cycling, kayaking, quad biking and clay pigeon shooting. Click Mariposa.

WEEKLY STREET MARKET: Open from 8.30 to 13.30 approximately, in the area around Avenida Juan Carlos I and the large patch of ground next to the Parque Cubano. Selling a wide range of fruit and veg, clothing, household accessories etc.
