Real estate professionals Micasamo Realty, based on La Manga Club, are taking part in Season 7 of the Channel 4 TV show Sun, Sea & Selling Houses, which helps Brits to find a dream home in sunny Spain, and they’re looking for participants to be on the show.

“We’re looking for clients who are searching for property in the Murcia Region / Costa Cálida to join us in being filmed for the programme,” said Darren and Natalie Brown, the family team behind Micasamo Realty. “We will be filming from February 27 to April 7 and we’d love you to join us.”

Micasamo are real estate experts with more than 20 years’ experience making sure their clients can find the perfect home on the Costa Blanca, the Costa Cálida and in the Region of Murcia.

By teaming up with Sun, Sea & Selling Houses, they hope to help UK buyers “find their ideal property, appear on the TV and have a ton of fun too”.

What it’s like to be on Sun, Sea & Selling Houses

If you’re wondering what exactly you’ll do as a participant being filmed for the Channel 4 show, the general process looks a bit like this:

You contact Micasamo Realty to tell them you want to be on the show
The Channel 4 production team will call you to discuss and explain the filming
Book your fights for 2 to 3 nights into Murcia or Alicante airport Micasamo will refund you on arrival
You will be picked up from the airport
Micasamo will pay for you to stay in a hotel for 2-3 nights
You are taken around to look at properties that meet your specifications and criteria during the day and stop for lunch, all expenses paid
You will meet various professionals including lawyers to answer all your questions about paperwork and buying property in Spain
And, fingers crossed, you will find the home of your dreams!
