Your Guide to San Javier Beaches.

San Javier offers both Mediterranean coastal beaches and Mar Menor beaches, a comprehensive offering which also includes excellent sporting facilities.

Half of the La Manga “strip” or La Manga del Mar Menor which separates the Mar Menor from the Mediterranean belongs to San Javier, so in this municipality there are Mar Menor beaches in Santiago de la Ribera on one side of the Mar Menor and on the internal coast of La Manga del Mar Menor on the opposite side.

These are linked by a ferry service across the Mar Menor. San Javier also has Mediterranean beaches on the external coastline of La Manga del Mar Menor, so has an extensive choice of different types of beach to choose from.
