Alicante weather forecast December 27-29: Mild and dry this weekend

Sunshine and clouds will come in equal measure this weekend in the province of Alicante
The weekend ahead in the province of Alicante is set to be both sunny and overcast in eqaul measure. The temperatures will remain mild and stable throughout much of the province during the day, while the evenings and nights may experience a few cold snaps as temperatures drop to as low as 6ºC.
Nevertheless, overall this weekend the weather will be dry, mild and with little wind, so people can continue to enjoy time out of the house this holiday period in the province.
Friday December 27
High 17ºC; Low 7ºC
The forecast is predicted to be overcast with spells of sunshine for much of the day on Friday December 27, in the province of Alicante. The weather however is set to be dry throughout the day and the temperatures will remain mild.
Furthermore, there is little variation in the weather throughout the province. Torrevieja may see more sunshine throughout the day in comparison to the north, but the weather will be mostly stable throughout Alicante. The day will experience highs of 17ºC and the night lows of 6ºC.
The wind will be extremely light throughout the province of Alicante, making the winter sunshine (when it is out) feel even more intense. The wind that will be experienced is likely to come from an easterly direction and will reach no higher than 10 kph during the day.
Saturday December 28
High 17ºC; Low 6ºC
The weather of the previous day is set to continue as we go into the weekend. On Saturday December 28, the day will again be overcast with long periods of sunshine in certain areas. As with the previous day the weather will be slightly better in the south of the province and it will experience greater sunshine than the north.
Maximum temperatures will remain the same as the previous day and during the night a cold snap will be experienced as the temperatures will drop to 6ºC at its coldest.
Furthermore, the wind is going to drop from the previous day and will reach no higher than 8 kph. The wind that is set to be present will come from a southeasterly direction. This light wind will do nothing however to affect the feeling of the mild temperatures throughout the day.
Sunday December 29
High 17ºC; Low 6ºC
The weather is looking to remain fair again on Sunday December 29, in the province of Alicante. Clouds will be present as with the two previous days and yet there will be more sunshine throughout the whole of Alicante. The temperature is looking to remain the same as the previous two days, with highs of 17ºC in the day and lows of 6ºC during the nighttime.
The wind however will not increase from the previous day and will again blow no faster than 8 kph. The small amount of wind present will be coming from an easterly direction as with the previous day. Therefore, despite the cloud cover on Sunday the weather is still set to be mild and the sun will show its face many times throughout the day in the province.
