The waterproofing experts from Leak Proof were once again called in to prevent water ingress going into the top-floor apartment of a block of flats in the city centre of Alicante this summer. The roof of the building, which was built in 1955, had been in dire need of repair for many years and many of the previous owners had failed to refurbish it over the years.
