The weather in Andalucía this week will be much drier and sunnier than it was over the Semana Santa Easter Holy Week, which saw torrential rains force the cancellation of Easter processions on the one hand but also managed to top up the depleted reservoirs substantially, helping to combat the drought that has gripped southern Spain this winter.
With the exception of Motril (Granada), it will stop raining this Monday April 1, according to the forecast from the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), and it will be a sunny, if quite cloudy day, across Andalucía.

Again, Tuesday April 2 will be quite cloudy in the northern and western parts of the region, and Huelva, Seville and Córdoba, but at least it will be dry and the sun will be shining in the rest of the region.
Andalucía weather forecast, Tuesday April 2
From Wednesday 3 and Thursday 4, temperatures will slowly begin to creep up – both those at night and during the day – so that the sunny weather brings highs of 30ºC to places such as Seville by Friday 5 and Saturday 6. The minimums at night-time will also go up to reach a balmy 14-17ºC along the coast of Cádiz, Málaga and Almería.

Saturday evening could bring more rain to the far northwestern corner, up in Huelva, which lasts into Sunday morning, April 7, but it will dry up over the course of the morning and only the high mountainous sierras of Jaén and Granada will be left with rain for Sunday, while everywhere else enjoys a sunny weekend, even if there is a slight drop in temperatures compared with the day before.
