The Tourist Information Office is open between Tuesday and Friday from 08:30 and 14:30 and on Saturdays from 10:00 to 13:00. Closed on Sundays and Mondays.

4th April at 20:00: In the parroquial church of san Lázaro the Agrupación Musical de Alhama de Murcia performs the annual free entry Semana Santa concert.

17th April at 18:00 in the Teatro Cine Velasco: The Cía Camaleón Teatro theatre group performs a children's theatrical performance entitled "El Secreto de Los Trasgos". Tickets are 3-5 euros each and can be purchased in advance from the Los Baños Archaeological Museum.

23rd April: International book day. A more detailed programme will be published nearer the time, with a number of book-related events taking place including poetry readings, storytelling, music, books and theatre in the street and readings by authors.

17th April to 24th May: a painting exhibition by Luis Cutillas Guerero entitled Refugiados in the El Pósito exhibitions centre.

24th April to 14th June; an exhibition in the Archaeological Museum Los Baños entitled "Rey Lobo, el legado de Ibn Mardanis. This focuses on the rule of the so-called "Wolf King" who was responsible for building some of the most important Medieval Moorish structures in the region.

25th April at 21.30. The XXXVII Festival Nacional de Folklore Los Mayos in the open-air Auditorio Municipal. This is the annual free entry folk dancing festival which accompanies the los Mayos fiestas. Entry free of charge.

26th April at 21:00. A free entry concert featuring "Mujeres con raíz" (women with roots) and the band of the Agrupación Musical de Alhama de Murcia performing in the atrium of the parroquial church of san Lázaro.

30th April at 20:00. A free entry musical for children entitled "El Musical de Los Niños" in the open-air auditorio municipal.
