New space for events, concerts and festivals in Murcia city by summer 2025

Big news for music lovers and event enthusiasts in Murcia city as local promoter Monkey Pro has just announced the creation of a brand new venue for festivals and large events - Espacio Norte.

This cutting-edge complex is set to become the go-to destination for live music, festivals, large-scale events, shows and more.

Espacio Norte will be located next to the Enrique Roca Stadium, a space that has already proven itself as a top-notch venue, hosting successful events like the Robe Iniesta concert, Love the Twenties, I Love Reggaeton and Visor Fest festivals.

The first Murcian edition of Pirata Rock also took place there a few weeks ago.

But Monkey Pro is taking it to the next level by transforming this space into a permanent, state-of-the-art complex that's perfect for events of all sizes.

What’s more, it’s right beside the Nueva Condomina Shopping Centre, so there’s plenty of parking and lots of public transport options to and from the city centre.

With a capacity for up to 25,000 people, Espacio Norte will be able to host massive concerts and festivals, but it's also designed to be adaptable for smaller events, comfortably accommodating anything from 7,000 attendees upwards.

Scheduled to open in time for summer 2025, the venue will feature artificial grass, rest areas, VIP sections and toilets, ensuring a fantastic experience for all visitors.

And, to make it a complete experience, the venue will feature a gastronomic space with food trucks offering a range of delicious options.

Thanks to Murcia's ideal weather conditions, Monkey Pro plans to host events throughout the year, with a varied programme that will be revealed very soon.

With more than a decade of experience in the industry, Monkey Pro is one of the most important production companies in the Region of Murcia, managing and producing in excess of 350 events per year.

Their goal is to make Espacio Norte “the reference point for music lovers and fans of great shows” in Murcia.
