Occasionally strong winds are forecast for Alicante province but the tempratures won't drop until mid-week
The last Monday in November has arrived with unseasonably high temperatures in the province, once again topping 20ºC. The mercury won’t dip to more wintery lows until Wednesday although the week will be marked by blustery weather, with stronger gusts and adverse sea conditions in places.
Monday November 28 will be largely clear with some low morning cloudiness inland. The nights will remain rather warm, averaging at around 9ºC, while the daytime temperatures will drop slightly compared to the weekend. However, coastal Alicante and Dénia could reach the low 20s.
A moderate west or northwesterly wind is expected.
Minimum and maximum temperatures on Monday
Alcoy: 7ºC minimum; 15ºC maximum
Alicante: 10ºC; 21ºC
Dénia: 10ºC; 20ºC
Elche: 8ºC; 19ºC
Orihuela: 8ºC; 19ºC
Aemet has predicted slightly overcast or clear skies for Tuesday November 29 and while the daytime temperatures will remain largely unchanged, the mercury could dip a little at night. The day will begin blustery but the gusts will decrease in intensity towards the afternoon.

The thermometers will take a sharp drop on Wednesday November 30, dipping as low as 6ºC at night in many areas. The skies will be largely clear with some high cloud in the morning but the wind be far lighter, sweeping from the east in the afternoon.

There’s a strong chance that the rain could return to Alicante province on Thursday December 1, particularly along the coast, although there are currently no weather warnings in place. The temperatures could fall ever so slightly and weak morning frosts are forecast inland. A loose, variable wind is forecast, likely from the east and northeast along the coast.
