The Social Centre is to become an office for Mazarrón Town Hall paperwork, but it will affect the collection availability of some notifications

Register official documents and paperwork at Camposol Social Centre

Mazarrón Mayor, Ginés Campillo, has announced that an administrative office will be opened on the Camposol urbanisation at the Camposol Social Centre on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9am to 2pm, starting from Tuesday March 25, to “allow administrative procedures,” including the renewal of padrones and “the management of documents... to be carried out without the need to travel to the Town Hall in Mazarrón”.

An appointment will be required, which are available by visiting the centre in person or phoning 0034 660 297 990 on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 9am and 1.30pm. They do say, however, that the service will “focus mainly on the registration of incoming documents, although registration will continue to be carried out in Mazarrón”.

As a knock-on effect of this announcement, the Camposol notifications for Sector C - C1 to C5 and Sector D – Polígonos D4 to D14 is to be temporarily halted until a new collection schedule can be arranged and published.

The AVC was previously handing out notifications to homeowners at the same times, on the same days and in the same place as the council is now setting up its documentation and registration service, but now a new system will have to be organised. Until then, the notifications procedure has been paused for the relevant sectors and polígonos.

This does not affect the collection arrangements from the Compusurf office on Camposol B Sector Commercial Centre where the notification documents will still be available for Sector C - Poligonos C6 to C16 and Sector D – Poligonos D15 to D20 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 1pm as usual.
