It’s going to be an incredibly wet sort of weekend in Andalucía, with thunder and lightning hitting large parts of the north and strong winds in the south
Andalucía weather forecast, Saturday March 9
There will be frequent stormy episodes and showery weather in Andalucía this weekend, with the west and centre of the region bearing the brunt of the March rains after an extremely dry winter.
On Thursday March 7, the rains sweep across the community from west to east, dousing first Huelva and Seville in the early part of the day and bringing rain to Granada and Jaén in the evening, giving the west a chance to dry out. Almería, which won’t get much rain, is on yellow weather alert for Thursday, Friday and Saturday for strong winds along the coast.
