The subscription Editor's Weekly News Roundup is normally prepared and delivered on Friday evenings or Saturday mornings ready for the weekend. However Spain Today Online retains the right to change this at any time without consultation. The bulletin is intended to be delivered weekly accept for 4 weeks when the company is closed for staff holidays. Under normal operations the company has one week in July & August and two continuous weeks across the Christmas and New Year period December & January.
 

Subscription Fees & Cancellations

All subscriptions, fees and charges collected are non-refundable. Charges occur every 90 days or 356 days depending on the subscription package purchased.

We reserve the sole right to either modify or discontinue the subscription bulletin service, at any time with or without notice to you. We will not be liable to you or any third party should we exercise such right. Any new features that augment or enhance the then-current services on this site shall also be subject to these Terms of Use.

In the event that Spain Today Online terminates or discontinues with the subscription service, then the outstanding value for the remaining undelivered bulletins will be refunded at the value of the package purchased.

We reserve the sole right to unsubscribe users who contrive to forward on any bulletin to a third party, without notice. We will unsubscribe users we deem registered with fake data or who are found to be sharing this paid service.

Mailing Lists and Email Delivery

Each email that we send to you will include a unique 'unsubscribe' link at its foot. Note that if you click on it, you will become unsubscribed and no further emails will be sent to you. If you unsubscribe by mistake then please contact laurence@spaintodayonline.com with a request to reinstate. 

Spain Today Online cannot be held responsible for delivery problem to your mailbox, such as "unknown recipient" or mailing bounce backs. A bulletin is considered delivered if our internal mailing report shows a "receipt", "unknown recipient" or "bounce back" notice from your mail server. 

If you ever accidentally mark one of our list emails as spam in a web-mail service, such as Gmail, you can automatically become unsubscribed from that list and may become permanently unable to resubscribe to it. Please email laurence@spaintodayonline.com to have this resolved, if it should happen.

The Spain Today Online Subscription and FREE News Bulletin will be delivered directly to you as an email or via a linked page.

The bulletins contain Images and Links. Clicking on any of the highlighted blue links will take you directly to the associated article published on Spanish News, Murcia, Alicante & Andalucia Today web pages.

To ensure that you receive your bulletin correctly we would ask you to consider taking the following actions.

1). To avoid the round up being treated as Junk or Spam please add editor@spaintodayonline.com as a known contact in you email contacts list. Click GMAIL or HOTMAIL to view instructions for if you are unsure how to do this.
