Chill in the air as rain expected this week: Murcia weather forecast January 13-19
A cold snap is coming to Murcia this week, along with one day when rain is forecast
It’s going to be noticeably much chillier in the Region of Murcia this week as a cold front sweeps over the south of Spain, bringing temperatures plummeting down – especially at night-time – followed by some rain later in the week.
While it will be sunny and not too cloudy to start the week off, on Monday January 13 the minimum temperatures will be 0ºC in the far north of the Region, around Jumilla and Yecla, and slowly getting warmer the further south you go, to 8-10ºC in Mazarrón and Cartagena.
This drops on Tuesday 14, down to -3ºC or -4ºC in the north, and 3-8ºC in the south at night. It will still be sunny but Tuesday will be the coldest day of this chilly snap.
