According to Rydder, this technique can remove up to 80% of moisture in just minutes, leaving you with dry clothes in no time.

The key to this method is the pressure. By applying gentle or firm pressure, depending on the type of fabric, you can help the towel absorb moisture quickly.

But what if you want to dry your clothes even faster? Rydder suggests two alternatives. On cold days, you can either let your clothes air dry or use a hair dryer on low power to give them a gentle blast of warm air. And on hot days, you can simply put your garment on after using the burrito method and let your body heat do the rest.

This clever trick is not only a time-saver, but it's also a money-saver. By ditching the dryer, you can reduce your energy bills and help the environment. Plus, it's perfect for those who live in small apartments or travel frequently, as it's a great way to dry clothes quickly and easily.

Other tricks for drying clothes quickly

The burrito method isn’t the only way to dry clothes quickly. Here are a few more tricks to help you speed up the drying process:

Give your clothes an extra spin in the washing machine to remove excess moisture.
Hang your clothes with space between them and near windows to take advantage of natural light and airflow.
Use a dehumidifier to absorb moisture from the air and speed up drying.
Avoid placing clothes on radiators as this can increase humidity and cause bad odours.
Hang your clothes on hangers to allow air to circulate and reduce drying time.
