Airport Buses is making Easter travel to and from Murcia Airport easier than ever this spring

Fares start from just €8.99 for adults and children travel at half price, making it a great option for families heading to the south of Spain this Easter

Easter is one of the busiest times of year in Spain, with Holy Week bringing a packed programme of events and thousands of visitors heading to the Region of Murcia and neighbouring Alicante and Andalucía. If you're travelling through Murcia International Airport over the Easter period, it's well worth getting your transfer sorted sooner rather than later, and Airport Buses S.L.U. is making that very straightforward.

The service has been running daily since May 2025, meeting direct flights to and from Murcia International Airport and connecting passengers to a wide stretch of coastline across three separate routes. The La Manga route runs along the La Manga strip and takes in Cabo de Palos, Playa Honda, Capfun, Mar de Cristal, Los Belones, Los Nietos, Estrella del Mar, Los Urrutias, Los Narejos, Los Alcázares, ONA Mar Menor Golf Resort, La Torre Golf Resort, Roda Golf, Santa Rosalia, Balsicas and La Manga Club.

The San Juan route heads south through Mazarrón, Puerto de Mazarrón, Mazarrón Country Club, Camposol and Condado de Alhama, continuing to Águilas, Calarreona, San Juan de los Terreros and Mar de Pulpí. It's worth noting that the San Juan route will be changing from Sunday March 29, 2026, so if you're travelling after that date it's a good idea to check the updated schedule on the Airport Buses website. From March 29, the San Juan route will no longer stop at Isla Plana.

Booking is done online and takes just a few minutes. Head to the Airport Buses S.L.U. website, select your pickup point and destination from the drop-down menu, choose your travel date and number of passengers, and complete your payment. You'll receive a confirmation email straight away.

Bookings can be made up to 2pm CET the day before travel and the website also has detailed route maps showing every collection and drop-off point if you want to check exactly where your nearest stop is.

If you have a passenger with a disability in your group and need a little extra assistance, Airport Buses asks that you let them know in advance so they can make sure everything is as smooth and stress-free as possible.

Started on May 22, 2025, Airport Buses has a daily shuttle transfer service connecting the Region of Murcia International Airport with key destinations across Murcia, southern Alicante and Almería, every time there is a direct flight between Corvera Airport and a destination in the UK or Ireland, plus selected European flights.

Three initial routes serve:

La Manga route: Murcia Airport, Cabo de Palos, Playa Honda, Capfun, Mar de Cristal, Los Belones, La Manga Club, Cartagena and La Manga Strip (€12.99-€19.99/adult each way)
