From Cieza blossoms to Andalucía and Benidorm: Taquilla Tickets reveals March and April trips

The Mazarron-based tour operator has announced a packed spring programme of day trips, festivals and mini-breaks across southern Spain

After a busy start to the year, Taquilla Tickets has unveiled a jam-packed March and April 2026 line-up, featuring a mix of much-loved customer favourites and several exciting new trips.

The Murcia-based tour operator, which organises coach trips, days out, mini-breaks, holidays and cultural events across the Region of Murcia and beyond, continues to offer fully escorted experiences designed for the English-speaking community to help them discover, enjoy and embrace all that Spain has to offer.

March trips

Cieza blossoms with tapas lunch

Wednesday March 4

One of the most beautiful days out of the year, this annual trip takes in the famous pink and white blossom fields of Cieza.

Guests will enjoy a guided walk through the blossoms with an official guide and headsets, followed by tapas and wine among the trees. The day also includes a guided visit to Cieza’s historic old town, with free time to explore.

The Grand Tour of Andalucía

March 9–16

An eight-day, seven-night journey through some of Andalucía’s most beautiful cities and towns, staying in two four-star hotels.

The itinerary includes Jerez, Málaga, Nerja, Ronda and Setenil de las Bodegas, with highlights such as a flamenco dinner show, Andalucían horse show and sherry tasting, plus guided visits throughout.

Valentín Garden Centre and three-course lunch

Friday March 20 – new trip

A visit to one of the most impressive garden centres in the area, with time to browse plants, pots and garden décor, followed by a three-course menú del día at Restaurante Alingui Castillo, set in beautiful grounds with lake views.

Includes return coach travel, transfers, lunch, accompaniment and insurance.

Caves of Alcalá del Júcar day trip

Tuesday March 24 – new trip

A visit to the stunning hilltop town of Alcalá del Júcar, including entrance to the Garadén Cave and Cuevas del Diablo, connected by internal staircases. There will also be free time to explore the town, castle and enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

Note: Not suitable for those with walking difficulties due to stairs.

Semana Santa festival parade in Lorca

Sunday March 29 – customer favourite

Often described as unlike any other religious parade in Spain, Lorca’s Semana Santa features Roman chariots, dancing horses, breathtaking embroidery and passionate crowd participation.

Guests will enjoy numbered seating in a prime position along the route.

April trips

Lorca castle guided tour

Thursday April 9

Following the Semana Santa celebrations, this trip explores the history behind Lorca’s famous embroidery and mantles.

The day includes a guided tour of Lorca Castle and synagogue, a visit to the embroidery museum, a guided walk through the old town and free time for lunch.

Sardine Festival parade in Murcia

Saturday April 11

One of Murcia’s most colourful and joyful annual events, featuring extravagant floats, musicians, dancers and the famous tradition of collecting toys and sweets thrown from the parade.

Algar waterfalls and Benidorm day trip

Tuesday April 21

A two-stop day out starting at the spectacular Fonts de Algar waterfalls, followed by an afternoon in Benidorm to enjoy the beach, shops, food and drinks.

Note: Steps at the waterfalls mean this trip is not suitable for those with walking difficulties.
